Jon Dutton | Managing Director
Background: Jon spent 15 years in hospitality working in Australia, NZ, France and the UK, covering almost all areas of the industry. At the age of 35 Jon started in sales with the Aida Group as he saw little opportunity for growth within the hospitality industry.
Cherie Ferguson | Operations & Recruitment Manager
Background: Cherie’s background is in hospitality and psychology before she decided to give a career in sales a go. Cherie has worked in various different roles at Kulture Marketing including as an entry level sales agent, Sales Team Leader and Administrator. Since 2014, she’s worked as the Recruitment and Training Manager for Kulture Marketing nationwide.
Melanie Gehl | Sales Trainer, Auckland
Background: After 8 years in the hotel industry, Melanie decided it was time for a change. Originally from Germany, Melanie now works as a Sales Trainer for Kulture Marketing after having worked for AIDA as a sales agent in different locations across Australia.
Peter Cartwright | Franchise Owner UWS, Wellington
Background: Peter has worked and studied in a range of industries including labouring and farming, factory work, sociology and criminology before starting his career in sales.
Anna Peek | Recruitment Administrator, Wellington
Background: Anna currently works for Kulture Marketing in Wellington and had originally studied part-time, completing her degree in Education and Psychology. She also has work experience in hospitality and customer service.
Louisa Naase | Sales Team Leader, Wellington
Background: After travelling Asia and New Zealand, Louisa decided to pursue a career in sales. Louisa has a degree in hotel management and years on work experience in sales with New Zealand Companies.
Stacey Scott | Executive Manager, Christchurch
Background: Straight out of school in Timaru, Stacey started at Silver Ferns Farms where she became a qualified meat inspector. After 6 years with Silver Farms, Stacey decided to pursue a different career in sales with Kulture Marketing.
